When Jesus was asked what is the most important of all the
laws he gave two—“love the Lord your God with all your heart,
mind, soul and strength and love your neighbor as yourself.”
Our core value is love.
Our teachings come to us from God’s word. From that word we find the source for our faith. As members of the Reformed Faith we stand on the simple principles of scripture alone, faith alone and grace alone. As we study and learn we understand that our salvation is not based on our goodness but on God’s grace and mercy. God’s love reaches out to the world calling all to a true relationship with God through faith in Jesus Christ.
Shine in the love of God's grace, every day.
At The Church of the Plains, our mission is to know and serve God by living our faith in Jesus Christ. In living out our faith we reach out to others who desire to establish their personal relationship with Jesus Christ.
